Role Overview: Senior Amazon Account Manager

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will own Yepoda’s Amazon business across multiple markets, including the US. This role carries full responsibility for channel performance, revenue, profitability, content, and operations. The position serves as Yepoda’s in-house Amazon specialist, working closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to build Amazon into a strong international growth channel.

What You Will Do

  • Manage Yepoda's Amazon business in several markets, including the US, to achieve strong channel performance.
  • Oversee the complete Amazon P&L, focusing on revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Create and execute strategies for Amazon growth, covering assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, conversion, and expansion.
  • Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring smooth operations such as listing optimization, A+ content, Brand Store, and keyword planning.
  • Drive Amazon marketing activities: Sponsored Ads, promotions, deals, Vine, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and product highlights.
  • Work with operations and supply chain teams on forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and FBA shipments.
  • Partner with finance, customer service, and compliance to track profitability, improve customer experience, and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with Amazon to resolve account health, policy, and operational issues, and to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Track key performance indicators, turn data into actionable insights, and stay informed about industry trends and practices.
