Role overview
The Senior Analytics Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support analytics across the organization. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and transform them into scalable applications. Responsibilities include leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and improving software development practices to support reliable systems.
What you will do
- Lead the migration of dashboards and reports from ThoughtSpot to Power BI, making sure solutions meet enterprise data standards.
- Design and build scalable data models and semantic layers that enable self-service analytics for teams throughout the company.
- Work with data engineering teams to maintain reliable data pipelines and ensure high-quality data sources.
- Optimize report performance, governance, and usability, and provide training and onboarding support for business users.
