Role overview
The Senior Art Director role centers on Northwest Dealer Retail marketing, with a focus on Ford products. Projects are regional and span all established channels, including content for both General Market English and multicultural audiences, with particular attention to the Hispanic market. The work includes single vehicle product advertising, regional sales events, professional sports sponsorships, and special initiatives, all tailored using consumer analytics from GTB's Precision Marketing platform.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role
- Strong ideation skills and a track record of delivering original, effective work
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Experience working in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment
