About the job

The Senior Associate of Partner Engagement at Girls Who Code joins the Development Team in New York City to help advance fundraising goals through strong partner relationships. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Partner Engagement and manages a portfolio of corporate partnerships, supporting the team in meeting renewal fundraising targets.

Role overview

This position centers on building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of corporate partners who support Girls Who Code’s mission. The Senior Associate works across GWC programs and initiatives, focusing on partner satisfaction, driving renewal rates, and supporting revenue growth. The role also contributes to select cross-functional projects that align with broader team strategies.

  • Manage a set portfolio of partnerships, ensuring partners remain engaged and satisfied
  • Support the team in reaching renewal fundraising goals
  • Contribute to projects that support the team’s strategic objectives
  • Work across multiple GWC programs and initiatives to strengthen partner relationships
