The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategy & Brand Storytelling
- Lead the strategic and integrated execution of captivating brand campaigns that resonate with our unique voice and meet commercial objectives.
- Manage the global marketing calendar, ensuring a steady flow of engaging storytelling that keeps our community invested in our products.
- Collaborate with our in-house Creative and Copy teams to develop exceptional assets that embody the Trinny London aesthetic.
- Tailor global strategies for the UK, EU, US, and Australia, utilizing regional insights to ensure our messaging is impactful across all markets.
- Serve as the brand guardian for our Match2Me logic, ensuring its position as the industry standard for personalization.
Integrated Collaboration
- Partner closely with Social, Communications, Digital, and Retail teams to deliver a cohesive Trinny London experience.
- Oversee relationships with media agencies to ensure impactful execution aligns with budget and brand integrity.
- Support the Brand Partnerships team in realizing commercial opportunities through a creative, brand-first approach.
Insights & Impact
- Own brand health metrics and consumer insights, leveraging data to amplify the customer voice and refine strategic planning.
- Stay ahead of beauty trends and market dynamics to ensure we evolve more rapidly than our competitors.
- Be fully accountable for the brand marketing budget, ensuring every pound spent is a strategic investment in our future.
