A solid track record in crafting high-quality Business Requirements Documents and mapping business processes. Experience in Agile delivery within a collaborative Agile team environment. Experience in digital transformation or application modernization projects. Ability to conduct peer reviews of Functional Specification Documents to ensure alignment with Business Requirements. Experience managing both large-scale and smaller projects, defining and designing tailored business solutions. A foundational understanding of technology and IT systems. Strong project management skills, with the capability to plan and execute tasks under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, able to clarify complex processes and concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
