You possess a deep understanding of the aerospace ecosystem, from OEMs and Tier suppliers to the realms of space and defense, and have the ability to convert intricate technical capabilities into commercial victories.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and implement a strategic business development plan that aligns with our company's growth objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and secure lucrative business opportunities within the aerospace sector.
Establish and nurture robust relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and significant industry players.
Lead intricate commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from opportunity recognition through to deal closure.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitive actions, and emerging technologies.
Represent the company at global aerospace events and trade exhibitions.
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams.
