Demonstrated success in securing high-value contracts and building strategic partnerships. Strong grasp of aerospace supply chains, certification environments (e.g., AS9100), and industry standards. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a proven ability for hands-on execution. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a significant advantage. Willingness to travel internationally.

You possess a deep understanding of the aerospace ecosystem, from OEMs and Tier suppliers to the realms of space and defense, and have the ability to convert intricate technical capabilities into commercial victories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement a strategic business development plan that aligns with our company's growth objectives.

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure lucrative business opportunities within the aerospace sector.

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and significant industry players.

  • Lead intricate commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from opportunity recognition through to deal closure.

  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitive actions, and emerging technologies.

  • Represent the company at global aerospace events and trade exhibitions.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams.
