Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage. A proven track record of at least 3 years in business development within the Forex industry. A pre-existing portfolio of APAC clients, IBs, and affiliates is crucial!Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies based on market insights. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover new business opportunities and keep up with industry developments. Design and execute effective business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Establish and nurture strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners. Proactively identify potential clients and promote our offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining clients.
  • Partnership Development: Seek and negotiate partnerships with crucial stakeholders, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology vendors. Maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth.
  • Revenue Generation: Formulate and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability. Consistently meet or surpass revenue targets through focused sales and business development initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory standards within the Forex sector, ensuring the company adheres to all applicable regulations. Collaborate closely with the compliance team to implement and oversee compliance processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance to help achieve individual and collective goals.
