Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation in an energetic, high-volume sales setting. This role combines outbound calling, inbound lead qualification, and comprehensive prospect engagement. You will be required to handle various tasks as needed, including managing a heavy call volume, with prior closing experience seen as a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Manage inbound leads, performing structured qualification discussions.
Identify qualified leads and schedule meetings and demonstrations.
Perform discovery calls and establish clear next steps for the Sales team.
Accurately log activities and manage leads in the CRM system.
Achieve daily activity targets and meet monthly pipeline objectives.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development, BDR, or similar roles.
Proven ability to manage high call volumes effectively.
Experience working remotely with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), particularly with US or UK firms , applications lacking this experience will not be entertained.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
Strong communication skills and a competitive, execution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in closing deals or quota-carrying sales roles.
Experience in inbound lead qualification and appointment setting.
Background in fast-paced or performance-driven sales environments.
