Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation in an energetic, high-volume sales setting. This role combines outbound calling, inbound lead qualification, and comprehensive prospect engagement. You will be required to handle various tasks as needed, including managing a heavy call volume, with prior closing experience seen as a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Manage inbound leads, performing structured qualification discussions.

  • Identify qualified leads and schedule meetings and demonstrations.

  • Perform discovery calls and establish clear next steps for the Sales team.

  • Accurately log activities and manage leads in the CRM system.

  • Achieve daily activity targets and meet monthly pipeline objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development, BDR, or similar roles.

  • Proven ability to manage high call volumes effectively.

  • Experience working remotely with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), particularly with US or UK firms , applications lacking this experience will not be entertained.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.

  • Strong communication skills and a competitive, execution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in closing deals or quota-carrying sales roles.

  • Experience in inbound lead qualification and appointment setting.

  • Background in fast-paced or performance-driven sales environments.
