Kestra is revolutionizing the commercial landscape by combining exceptional inbound strategies with innovative outbound initiatives. In March 2026, we successfully secured a $25M Series A funding round led by RTP Global, with contributions from Alven, ISAI, and Axeleo, driven by founders from renowned companies such as Datadog, dbt Labs, and Hugging Face.

The Role

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be the catalyst for our outbound efforts at Kestra. Your mission will involve leveraging open source signals, grasping real-world usage, and building connections that inspire developers and engineers to discover our Enterprise and Cloud offerings at the opportune moment.

Your Mission

  • Initiate strategic conversations through outbound outreach driven by open source intent.
  • Analyze developer engagement with plugins, blueprints, and workflows to gather high-signal context.
  • Communicate with confidence to engineering teams and open source contributors, establishing credibility and rapport.
  • Drive curiosity about Kestra Enterprise and Kestra Cloud through compelling, outcome-oriented narratives.
  • Establish repeatable standards for research, qualification, and outreach.
  • Experiment and iterate to shape our inaugural outbound strategy with independence and agility.
  • Generate a strong SQL pipeline that converts interest into enterprise adoption.
  • Contribute to defining the future of orchestration go-to-market strategies.
