What You Will Do
As a Senior Client Subject Matter Expert, you will serve as the primary technical contact for your clients, building trust and understanding their unique environments. You’ll work directly with Australian clients during their business hours, taking ownership of their systems and resolving genuine issues, sometimes even playing the hero (modest applause is optional).
