We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to spearhead our Compliance program. In this pivotal role, you will identify and manage regulatory risks, providing strategic guidance to our business operations both proactively and reactively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Freetrade’s Compliance program, delivering expert regulatory advice across the organization.
- Drive Compliance Advisory initiatives in collaboration with senior management, product teams, engineers, and operations personnel, offering practical advice on product development and regulatory changes.
- Engage with various teams at all levels to oversee and challenge business practices.
- Manage the Compliance review and controls testing processes.
- Guide and develop Compliance team members in the UK and Hungary, fostering their professional growth.
- Oversee the development and implementation of key Compliance policies, processes, and controls, and proactively identify enhancements.
- Contribute to the creation and presentation of internal and governance reports.
Your Profile:
- Extensive experience in the financial services sector, ideally in compliance or regulatory roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Proven track record in managing compliance frameworks and risk assessment.
