In the role of Senior Consultant - Business Strategy & AI Advisor at Hitachi Solutions, you will spearhead a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to delivering comprehensive Advisory services in Business Strategy and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Your partnership with clients will be pivotal in shaping and executing innovative strategies that harness AI technologies, ensuring responsible, scalable, and human-centered adoption, while enhancing overall business readiness.
This position operates at the critical crossroads of business strategy, implementation value, innovation, and organizational transformation preparedness. You will guide both clients and internal teams through uncertainties, translating complex challenges into clear pathways for value generation. As a trusted advisor, your strategic leadership will align decision-making processes with long-term objectives to maximize realized value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Provide expert advice on business strategy, encompassing leadership alignment, governance, policies, organizational design, and development.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the AI Advisory vision and roadmap, aligning offerings with Advisory leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, facilitating the journey from AI readiness assessment to enterprise-level adoption.
- Establish Advisory as the strategic entry point for AI initiatives, linking business goals with transformation outcomes.
Offerings & Intellectual Property Development
- Lead the delivery and enhancement of Business Advisory offerings and cross-discipline offerings within the Advisory sector.
- Drive the development of repeatable AI Advisory offerings (e.g., AI Starter, AI Value Accelerator, Governance frameworks).
- Create frameworks and playbooks that integrate AI maturity models and Responsible AI practices.
- Influence the Advisory portfolio through thought leadership and market insights.
Client Engagement & Outcomes
- Facilitate impactful discussions, workshops, and interviews to uncover insights and drive actionable recommendations.
- Lead C-suite workshops and envisioning sessions that translate AI into measurable business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, data, technical, change management) to deliver holistic, human-centered solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of measurable value and operational efficiency for clients.
