Qualifications:
- Collaborate with a team to provide innovative transport solutions for both private and public sector clients.
- Lead project work streams with minimal supervision, ensuring that best practices are consistently applied.
- Deliver high-quality transport and highway advice as part of multidisciplinary teams on various transport-related projects, including major developments and sustainable initiatives.
- Contribute to high-profile major development projects in the UK, enhancing the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Project manage multidisciplinary projects and coordinate with sub-consultants and support staff as necessary.
- Lead Steer’s contributions at pre-application meetings, design team discussions, and public consultations.
- Exhibit proactivity and initiative in managing key tasks across multiple projects.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, briefing notes, and transport planning documentation.
- Manage client relationships effectively on a day-to-day basis, ensuring prompt communication and project updates.
