Mandatory Technical SkillsProven experience in implementing S2P solutions across various cloud tools and/or ERP systems.5-8 years of relevant experience. In-depth understanding of procurement processes and spend management principles. Hands-on experience in:Leading functional design workshops, including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis. Documenting various project stages, such as creating process flows, business process documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, and training materials. Leading testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression). Integration with client ERP systems is a plus. Key Behavioral Attributes/RequirementsExceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong client management abilities and experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams. Highly self-motivated with adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments. Flexibility to work with different P2P/CLM technologies/platforms, post-training and support. Commitment to owning project roles and driving internal practice development initiatives.

About the job

The Senior Consultant - Procurement Ivalua at tasq-work is central to delivering procurement transformation projects. This hybrid role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and centers on end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementations, with a strong focus on Ivalua and similar procurement platforms.

What you will do

  • Source-to-Pay implementation: Lead full lifecycle S2P projects, drawing on deep knowledge of functional processes within the Source-to-Pay workstream.
  • Procurement transformation: Drive digitalization and transformation initiatives for clients across industries and regions, using platforms such as Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer. Manage project engagements from initiation to completion.
  • Opportunity development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships within professional networks and the broader community.
  • Project leadership: Take on key roles in project delivery, including Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, and Change Management Support. Frequently work independently across multiple projects.
  • Team development: Oversee recruitment efforts and mentor team members, supporting their ongoing professional development.
  • Industry awareness: Stay up to date with procurement trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
  • Capability building: Support internal growth by leading knowledge-sharing sessions, preparing best practice documentation, and facilitating training programs.
