About the job

Control Risks is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who possesses a business mindset, creativity, initiative, and strong teamwork skills to bolster our security services practice. This role involves managing executive protection tasks, overseeing embedded consultants and contractors, and delivering tailored risk management solutions for our esteemed clients.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project generation, management, and administration, focusing on the delivery of protection services, training, and embedded consulting across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Initially, this role will involve managing smaller day-to-day tasks, transitioning into direct fee-earning responsibilities as expertise grows, alongside resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary case manager for multiple Executive Protection and Embedded personnel assignments, overseeing the entire project cycle in protective services.

• Build and nurture a robust network of partners and subcontractors throughout Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.

• Collaborate closely with consultants across the Americas and globally to ensure seamless task delivery for clients.

• Manage subcontractors commercially.

• Collaborate with the practice leader to oversee the sub-practice area.

• Attend client meetings and engage with potential clients.

• Prepare proposals and comprehensive reports for clients and prospects.

• Maintain and enhance Control Risks’ database of embedded security consultants.

• Lead recruitment initiatives for embedded consultants, managing the full service cycle from job description creation to candidate identification, interviews, and onboarding.

• Undertake domestic and international travel for client engagements, often on short notice.

• Deliver training solutions, including high-risk environment training and defensive driver training.

• Ensure client invoices are accurate, complete, and submitted promptly.
