About the Role:
The Senior Customer Relationship Executive is pivotal in fostering client relationships, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, and ensuring ongoing value realization from our products. This role involves a deep understanding of our offerings, management of critical Customer Success metrics, handling escalations effectively, and nurturing strategic partnerships to enhance customer experience and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive successful onboarding and adoption of our platform to maximize business value for clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, leveraging them to enhance customer experiences.
- Monitor and manage key Customer Success metrics, including customer health, renewals, upsells, and churn, implementing strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Oversee escalation management and maintain a strong support relationship with clients, addressing operational pain points proactively.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with stakeholders to align Rentokil Initial Hygiene's growth with client business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Customer Success processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Enhance client retention through prompt resolution of issues and proactive churn prevention strategies.
