Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison for Enterprise customers, guiding them throughout their journey with Apollo. Oversee product adoption for your accounts while collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure their success. Navigate customers through a customized, high-touch experience, assisting them in achieving significant milestones such as transitioning new teams into production or addressing governance challenges. Manage service delivery engagements with professional services and solution architects, leading structured project execution, milestone tracking, and risk management.

We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions Customer Success team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to some of the largest enterprises globally. You will cultivate deep, high-touch relationships with a select portfolio of high-revenue, high-potential accounts, providing them with Apollo's expertise to steer their API strategies, achieve critical milestones, and derive measurable value through customized, strategic engagements.


We are looking for a candidate who possesses not only technical expertise but also strong project management skills and experience in customer-facing delivery. You will be responsible for managing complex engagements, setting milestones, and ensuring effective execution to help customers successfully implement and scale Apollo's technology.
