We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions Customer Success team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to some of the largest enterprises globally. You will cultivate deep, high-touch relationships with a select portfolio of high-revenue, high-potential accounts, providing them with Apollo's expertise to steer their API strategies, achieve critical milestones, and derive measurable value through customized, strategic engagements.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses not only technical expertise but also strong project management skills and experience in customer-facing delivery. You will be responsible for managing complex engagements, setting milestones, and ensuring effective execution to help customers successfully implement and scale Apollo's technology.
