Unity Advisory is a pioneering CFO advisory firm established in 2025, supported by Warburg Pincus and with up to $300 million in committed funding. Our mission is to create a modern alternative to traditional large firms, characterized by agility, partnership, and a technology-driven approach.
We collaborate with private equity-backed and upper mid-market companies (typically generating revenues of £150m–£1.5bn) across the complete CFO landscape, including finance operations, tax, mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and deal readiness. The Role
We are in search of a seasoned and commercially savvy Data Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping Unity Advisory’s AI-native data architecture. Your initial focus will be on internal systems, followed by external client engagements.
Phase 1 – Internal Architecture and Platform Design
You will assist in designing and establishing Unity’s internal data and AI architecture, defining standards, governance, and scalable design patterns that bolster our advisory model.
Phase 2 – Client-Facing Data and AI Advisory
Once the foundational architecture is established, you will transition into a client-facing role, guiding CFOs in architecting modern, AI-ready data environments that facilitate finance transformation, automation, and value creation in deals.
