Overall Objectives
The Senior Delivery Manager for WBS / EP / Omnichannel is tasked with the strategic oversight and execution of technology deliveries across various banking domains including Personal, Islamic, Private, and Business Banking. This role involves managing cross-functional programs that integrate technology platforms such as digital solutions, engagement systems, omnichannel services, embedded finance, and AI innovations. The primary objective is to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of projects that align with business goals, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee a comprehensive delivery portfolio, managing prioritization, resource allocation, and interdependencies effectively.
• Manage the delivery budget across domains, ensuring financial efficiency, tracking, and alignment with investment strategies.
• Drive the execution of cross-domain programs, establishing and managing delivery governance frameworks, steering committees, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, and operations teams to guarantee seamless execution and integration of initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners to ensure accountability and performance standards are met.
General Functional Responsibilities
• Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, capacity plans, and resource forecasts to facilitate strategic planning.
• Ensure robust IT governance, risk management, and compliance with both internal and external regulations.
• Promote collaboration with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and other IT domains.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Audit and Risk items.
