Role overview

The Senior Demand Generation Manager leads and expands pipeline creation across multiple channels and campaigns. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Canada and reports to the Director of Marketing. The focus is on turning strategy, content, and product initiatives into structured programs that deliver measurable pipeline growth. The position is hands-on, with full responsibility for pipeline generation and conversion, and involves close collaboration with the Director of Marketing and other teams.

What you will do

  • Set campaign priorities and adjust strategies for each channel
  • Drive audience engagement and conversion throughout the funnel, from first contact to qualified opportunity
  • Own the pipeline generation process and ensure effective execution with measurable results
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and work cross-functionally with other teams

Requirements

  • Experience building and managing demand generation programs, ideally in B2B or SaaS
  • Ability to turn strategy and product positioning into effective campaigns
  • Comfort working hands-on and taking full ownership of pipeline outcomes
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing and other departments
