The Role
As a pivotal member of our team, you will help disrupt the staffing landscape through innovative technology. We provide our clients with comprehensive, coordinated management of their temporary staffing needs.
This role is ideal for a senior B2B marketer who excels at merging enterprise strategy with technical execution.
As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be the driving force behind our demand generation efforts in both the UK and US markets. You will collaborate with specialists across Brand, Product, and MarTech to create a measurable and high-velocity demand generation engine.
You'll be the strategic architect, transforming high-level Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) strategies into actionable enterprise pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks, emphasizing account selection, intent signal monitoring, and closely aligned enterprise workflows with sales.
- Transition from generic lead generation to tailored enterprise orchestration, ensuring each campaign is meticulously crafted to target specific ICPs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between our demand generation engine and the broader Indeed/Partner ecosystem.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns with strategic partners to establish trust-based entry points into Tier-1 enterprise accounts.
- Lead the strategic management of LinkedIn and Google Ads, outlining the testing roadmap and best practices for the Marketing Operations Manager (L4), who reports directly to you.
- Optimize search and social media spend to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness for high-intent enterprise goals.
