About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Designer who is eager to engage in brand, performance, and product design. This role demands more than mere execution; we value insightful perspectives. You will ask thought-provoking questions, stimulate creative thinking, and effectively bring concepts to fruition in a manner that is strategic yet visually compelling.
You should be confident leading creative initiatives across a variety of deliverables, including landing pages, retention flows, paid advertisements, and digital branding, all while maintaining a focus on strategy and measurable outcomes.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Retention Managers, Developers, and Designers to produce refined work that balances branding and performance. You will take the lead on projects while also engaging in collaborative efforts, directly communicating with clients, presenting your designs, facilitating workshops, and managing the approval processes.
