About the job

  • Define the testing strategy for new products in alignment with international standards, Keenfinity guidelines, and product specifications to achieve maximum test coverage at minimal cost while ensuring timely execution.
  • Develop and construct hardware and software for manufacturing tests, adhering to technical designs and defined strategies to ensure the highest product quality.
  • Optimize existing tests based on factory indicators, such as false rejections, test execution time, production downtime, and customer complaints, to enhance equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and monitor the implementation of product changes, considering Engineering Change Requests, to prevent failures and avoid production stoppages.
  • Provide technical support to production lines as per internal customer requests, effectively identifying and resolving technical issues in testing.
  • Support the integration of new tests into production lines, following Keenfinity and international standards to ensure the defined quality of the tests.
  • Train the test maintenance team and operators, focusing on the constructed equipment and its features, to equip them with the necessary knowledge for repair and handling of testing equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for assigned product ranges (e.g., product certification requirements).
  • Continuously monitor and verify adherence to existing regulations and procedures, including the Quality Manual and Occupational Health and Safety Standards, promptly alerting to any non-conformities detected.
