What We Are Seeking
We are in search of a highly connected and strategic Senior Director of Agency Partnerships who will take charge of enhancing LoopMe’s most crucial relationships with both holding company and independent agencies. As an individual contributor, you will lead from the front by developing an agency partnership strategy tailored to your portfolio, constructing high-value commercial frameworks, and unlocking extensive, multi-market opportunities that drive significant incremental revenue for LoopMe.
You should possess a profound understanding of the programmatic and mobile/video advertising landscape, along with a successful history of navigating complex negotiations with senior agency stakeholders. Your extensive network across investment, strategy, and programmatic teams at both major networks and independent agencies will be instrumental in this role.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a revenue target linked to agency-sourced and agency-influenced expenditures across a portfolio that encompasses major holding company groups and leading independent agencies.
- Design and implement a comprehensive agency partnership strategy that aligns LoopMe’s outcomes-driven solutions with the priorities of global networks (scale, consistency, governance) and independents (speed, flexibility, innovation).
- Identify, structure, and finalize complex trading agreements, enterprise partnerships, and strategic initiatives that yield long-term, scalable value for LoopMe and its agency partners.
- Strengthen senior relationships across investment, programmatic, planning, and data/analytics teams within both holding companies and independent agencies, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on media, data, and measurement.
- Lead joint business planning initiatives with priority agencies, establishing clear objectives, success metrics, and growth strategies that unlock additional budgets, new briefs, and multi-market programs.
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Measurement teams to create compelling narratives and solution packages that address the unique needs of holding company networks and independent agencies.
- Serve as the internal advocate for the agency ecosystem, providing valuable market insights, partner requirements, and competitive intelligence to inform LoopMe’s roadmap and strategic positioning.
- Represent LoopMe at key industry events, holding company and independent agency summits, quarterly business reviews, and thought-leadership forums, showcasing our innovative differentiators.
