The successful candidate will possess a profound understanding of direct response creative, consumer psychology, and the key drivers of ecommerce growth, translating performance metrics into scalable creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement data-driven creative strategies for ecommerce campaigns across paid social, display, and video platforms.
- Lead the brainstorming and production of high-converting ad creatives, including user-generated content (UGC), static advertisements, video scripts, and landing page concepts.
- Convert performance insights into scalable creative frameworks and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with growth marketing, media buying, and analytics teams to ensure creative alignment with performance objectives.
- Evaluate campaign performance to uncover creative trends, successful angles, and new testing avenues.
- Refine messaging, hooks, and visual storytelling informed by audience insights.
- Provide detailed creative briefs and guidance to designers, copywriters, video editors, and content creators.
- Assess creative outputs to guarantee adherence to brand standards and conversion targets.
- Manage the creative testing pipeline, ensuring ongoing iterations.
- Assist in the development of high-converting landing and product pages.
- Work with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) teams on offer positioning, product narratives, and funnel enhancement.
- Align creative messaging with various stages of the customer journey.
- Conduct competitive analysis, audience research, and trend assessments to guide creative strategy.
- Spot emerging creative formats and platforms pivotal for ecommerce growth.
