About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Engagement Director to oversee the daily operations and execution of Axion's MedTech accounts. This individual will manage large-scale enterprise deployments, ensure robust customer adoption, and serve as a trusted advisor to both operational and executive stakeholders.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between strategy, technology, and execution, translating Axion's AI insights into tangible business results for our clients. As an integral member of the MedTech team, you will collaborate closely with Solutions Managers, Deployment Leads, Product, and Data Science to guarantee that every engagement provides measurable value. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background, operational expertise, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems in enterprise settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive customer deployments from initial discovery through to rollout, ensuring excellence in delivery and adoption across client teams.
Act as the main point of contact for customer stakeholders, fostering alignment, managing expectations, and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
Convert client objectives into actionable strategies that utilize Axion's AI platform to enhance product quality, reliability, and speed of issue resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to identify platform enhancement opportunities based on customer feedback.
