Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Field Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in understanding our customers' needs, providing comprehensive process support, and implementing solutions in alignment with Business Units (BUs) to ensure we not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

As a key contributor to our business success, your role will be essential in enhancing and optimizing processes utilized on our toolsets at customer sites.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assess and identify current customer needs while proactively anticipating future requirements to establish long-lasting relationships and sustainable solutions.
  • Champion continuous improvement of the customer experience through effective teamwork, process optimization, and support tool development.
  • Manage and oversee new product installations and the subsequent development of processes.
  • Lead new site startups and execute planning/risk assessments to ensure successful readiness and execution, earning customer recognition and satisfaction.
  • Define project scopes and resource planning in collaboration with BUs, escalating resource gaps to management as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with Customer Service, Engineering, Sales, and BUs to ensure successful site-based operations and services.
