Your Role
As a Senior Engineer, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Lead projects independently as a Project Manager or Sub-project Manager (m/f/d).
- Design and plan pedestrian and bicycle bridges of various types:
- Long-span bridges such as cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges, and network arch bridges.
- Lightweight bridges.
- Manage competitions in collaboration with architects (m/f/d).
- Share your expertise by mentoring junior colleagues (m/f/d).
- Oversee and support acquisition projects.
Your Team
You will be part of the 'Bridges & Structures' department, primarily based in Hamburg, with additional offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Munich. At Ramboll, we promote interdisciplinary collaboration, enabling you to engage closely with colleagues in architecture, geotechnics, environmental planning, landscape planning, lighting design, and construction logistics.

About You
- You hold a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering (M. Eng., M. Sc., Dipl.-Ing., Dr.-Ing.) and possess extensive relevant professional experience.
- Experience or interest in successfully handling competitions would be advantageous.
- You demonstrate a confident and professional demeanor, excelling in communication and teamwork.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
