Role Overview: Senior Engineer, Workday ATS
This position sits within the Enterprise Engineering team and focuses on Roku’s Talent Acquisition systems. The Senior Engineer will shape technical direction and best practices for the Workday Recruiting platform. The role involves leading efforts in configuration, automation, integration, and large-scale validation. Deep knowledge of Workday Recruiting and ATS tools, paired with engineering skills, is essential for managing, configuring, and testing Roku’s recruiting systems in a high-volume hiring setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting and Advanced Recruiting modules
- Enhance candidate experience through the career site and related integrations
- Work with the ATS tech stack, including HiredScore, Paradox, and iCIMS integration
- Support talent acquisition processes, onboarding workflows, and recruiting analytics/reporting
- Design and implement scalable automated solutions for recruiting operations
- Oversee quality, compliance, and data integrity across the Workday Recruiting ecosystem
- Maintain a strong focus on recruitment efficiency and an exceptional candidate experience
Compensation and Benefits
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Salary range (Massachusetts only): $132,600 - $191,250 per year. Final offers consider skills, certifications, and location.
