Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Engineering, you will spearhead globally distributed, culturally diverse engineering teams, fostering an environment where high performance is standard. You will establish clear expectations, manage performance equitably, and instill a strong sense of accountability for delivery, quality, and operational maturity. The speed of delivering impact is paramount , excelling in this role means consistently narrowing the gap between ideation, execution, and delivering customer value.
Your role will involve continually refining how engineering work is executed. This includes embracing modern delivery methodologies and tools , like AI-assisted development , to enhance throughput, elevate quality, and amplify the potential of seasoned engineers. You will question outdated practices, propose superior alternatives, and ensure teams adapt with agility without sacrificing reliability, security, or trust.
