Your Impact:
We are seeking experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executives to become vital contributors to our mission of transforming semiconductor design verification. This role goes beyond conventional software sales; you will establish trust with both engineering and executive leaders at the forefront of the semiconductor industry.

Normal EDA is an innovative auto-formalizing AI platform that produces comprehensive and consistent verification materials directly from chip specifications. Your responsibility will be to demonstrate to design verification (DV) teams how this approach not only accelerates the verification process but also reveals edge cases that traditional methods overlook, significantly lowering the engineering workload and the time required to create and maintain verification collateral.

You will collaborate closely with our Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams to facilitate hands-on workshops with external DV engineers, managers, and architects, subsequently converting these workshops into structured evaluations and large-scale production implementations. Equally important, you will cultivate advocates within client organizations and foster alignment with procurement, DV leaders, and high-level executives such as VPs and CTOs who oversee verification processes.

This role demands a high level of trust and context. You will navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to achieve tangible results. Your success will be gauged by the strength of the relationships you build, the production implementations you oversee, and the enduring transformations you facilitate for our clients in their silicon verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle for key accounts, from initial discussions to multi-year production agreements.

  • Work in tandem with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Product, Engineering, and Founders to conduct in-depth, technically focused workshops.

  • Transform workshops into paid evaluations, eventually leading to long-term production contracts.

  • Foster alignment among DV engineers, managers, architects, procurement, IT/security, and executive leadership.

  • Nurture strong internal champions and secure executive sponsorship to enhance product adoption.

  • Drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful implementation of our solutions.
