Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
  • Strategically engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end-users.
  • Build effective relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Solution Architects and the Professional Services and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
  • Participate in comprehensive sales training, including our Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs.

Your Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of quota-carrying field experience in a competitive environment, focusing on expanding new accounts.
  • Proven experience in securing and growing business with Federal Government agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to new lines of business within existing accounts and managing complex sales processes.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the business value of complex enterprise technologies.
  • Proficiency in cultivating business champions.
  • A driven and competitive spirit with a strong desire for success.
  • Experience with recognized Sales Methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technologies.
