Your Role and Contributions
As the Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Outpost, you will spearhead and finalize intricate, high-stakes Outpost opportunities across various enterprise and commercial sectors, including retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, logistics, rail, and other expansive environments.
You will serve as a quota-carrying sales leader in Axon’s Enterprise “startup” initiative, shaping go-to-market strategies, developing repeatable sales processes, and broadening Axon’s ALPR (Automated License Plate Recognition) presence beyond conventional public safety applications.
Your responsibilities include being the primary deal owner for enterprise Outpost opportunities, as well as a trusted expert on our products and solutions, effectively demonstrating how Outpost's hardware, software, and workflows deliver substantial ROI and operational outcomes at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and close complex, high-value enterprise Outpost (ALPR) deals as a quota-carrying Senior Account Executive.
- Lead comprehensive sales cycles with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients, engaging executive stakeholders to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
- Act as the Axon Outpost product expert, providing engaging demonstrations and clearly communicating ROI, operational impacts, and customer value.
- Develop precise solution scopes, pricing, and proposals encompassing hardware, software, services, and deployments.
- Formulate and implement strategic account and territorial plans aligned with Axon's Enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Facilitate partner-led initiatives with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), systems integrators, and commercial partners.
- Navigate technical, commercial, and organizational complexities to mitigate risks and expedite deal closures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perpetually enhance best practices and optimize the Outpost journey for enterprise customers.
