We are on the lookout for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive who will lead the charge in expanding SupportYourApp's presence in the enterprise sector within the UK and US markets.
This senior-level individual contributor position is tailored for a sales leader who thrives on building trusted relationships at the C-level and has a strong track record of closing complex, high-stake deals.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving enterprise growth by promoting SupportYourApp’s tech-enabled, multilingual customer experience solutions to top-tier SaaS, fintech, and enterprise technology companies. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will enjoy a significant level of ownership and directly influence our strategic growth initiatives and enterprise partnerships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise accounts within the tech, SaaS, and fintech sectors;
- Utilize your professional network to connect with senior decision-makers and foster significant partnerships;
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure;
- Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance sales strategies and broaden our enterprise client base;
- Represent SupportYourApp at client meetings, conferences, and industry events (occasional travel required);
- Employ CRM tools provided by the company to manage your pipeline, forecast results, and ensure data integrity.
