Who We’re Looking For Fieldwire is on the hunt for a detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-driven Experiential Marketing & Events Manager to spearhead the comprehensive planning and execution of our experiential marketing initiatives and events. This pivotal role entails creating impactful brand experiences at conferences, tradeshows, industry partnership events, customer engagements, and internal activities. As the operational lead for Fieldwire’s event presence, you will oversee exhibit house coordination, booth logistics, shipping, swag management, and the execution of our branded experiential assets—including our distinctive Fieldwire truck activations. You will also cultivate essential relationships with industry associations and drive event-related social media initiatives to enhance Fieldwire’s brand visibility. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, thrives in dynamic environments, and is comfortable navigating uncertainty. You will take initiative, anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and manage projects from conception through execution and after-event analysis. Key Responsibilities: Event Strategy & Execution Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, tradeshows, industry events, customer gatherings, and webinars. Oversee all logistics, including timelines, vendor management, registration, staffing, travel arrangements, and on-site execution. Ensure all programs are delivered punctually, within budget, and aligned with brand and pipeline objectives. Industry Partnerships & Field Presence Manage relationships with key industry associations and event organizers; identify and execute sponsorships, activations, and opportunities to elevate Fieldwire’s visibility. Handle all partnership deliverables, timelines, and ongoing engagement efforts. Exhibits, Logistics & Asset Management Direct exhibit house and booth execution, including design, fabrication, installation, and on-site setup. Oversee shipping, inventory, storage, and tracking of all event and branded materials. Manage logistics for promotional items, signage, and branded activations (including the Fieldwire truck). Swag, Merchandise & Online Store Develop and manage branded merchandise strategies, including sourcing, ordering, inventory management, and distribution. Oversee Fieldwire’s online store, ensuring a seamless ordering and fulfillment process.
