REQUIREMENTSMaster’s Degree or higher in a relevant field. Extensive technical knowledge and deep business insight in the Semiconductor industry, ideally with experience in CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI processes. Robust industry experience managing complex instrumentation, applications, and informatics. Proven ability to thrive in a team environment under tight deadlines and multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset focused on finding optimal solutions. Excellent communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Field Process Engineer, you will be tasked with understanding customer needs and providing exceptional process support. You will collaborate closely with Business Units (BUs) to ensure that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Your role will be instrumental in enhancing business success by developing and refining processes that operate on our tool sets at customer locations.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assess and identify current customer needs while anticipating future requirements to build sustainable relationships and solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience through team collaboration, process enhancements, and support tool development.
  • Oversee new product installations and process development.
  • Manage site start-ups and conduct planning/risk assessments to ensure readiness and successful execution, ultimately achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Define project scope and resource planning in conjunction with BUs; escalate resource gaps to management.
  • Collaborate as a unified team with Customer Support Engineers, Sales, and BUs to ensure seamless site-based operations and services.
