Your Responsibilities Lead the forecasting and analysis of operating expenses across Sales and Marketing. Develop and maintain comprehensive models to evaluate sales and marketing performance and productivity. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and HR teams to ensure alignment between headcount and revenue forecasts. Work closely with Marketing leadership to create annual budgets, allocate resources effectively, and assess ROI on investments. Monitor and report on monthly and quarterly Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) for Marketing and Sales expenditure, emphasizing significant variances and their drivers. Examine headcount, capacity, and productivity metrics to enhance the accuracy of expense forecasting. Support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for Sales and Marketing expenditures. Analyze the financial ramifications of changes in compensation plans and Sales and Marketing investment strategies. Prepare and present insights on efficiency metrics, including CAC, payback periods, and sales and marketing performance indicators.

As a pivotal member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will take charge of forecasting and analyzing operating expenses within our Sales and Marketing divisions, with a specific emphasis on sales compensation and marketing investments. Your expertise will be vital in aligning expense forecasts with revenue projections and collaborating closely with Marketing leadership to enhance planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

This role, reporting directly to the Vice President of FP&A, is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and possesses a robust background in financial modeling and data analysis.
