Supported by prominent investors including Y Combinator, Lightspeed, and General Catalyst, we are a small yet highly skilled engineering team based in Berlin and San Francisco, now looking to expand our engineering efforts in EU timezones while expecting team members to spend one week per month in our Berlin office.

Enhance net revenue retention through increased adoption and proactive risk management.
Broaden your influence within our extensive user base and open source community by contributing to documentation, guides, and public resources.
Establish a feedback loop from customer interactions to product development, ensuring alignment between our engineering efforts and market needs.
What You’ll Do
1) Manage Strategic Customer Relationships
Act as the primary technical partner for 10-20 strategic accounts, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of our solutions.
