Join Kruger as a Senior General Accountant!

Work Mode: On-site – Quito, Ecuador
Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentialed to sign legal documents
Experience: Over 5 years in medium to large auditing firms or as a general accountant in companies with revenues exceeding 15 million dollars. Independent professionals with equivalent experience will also be considered.
Your mission at Kruger will be:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and local laws (SRI, Superintendency of Companies, patent laws).
Execute monthly and annual accounting closures.
Manage intercompany operations, transfer pricing, and double taxation agreements.
Apply International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in all accounting processes.
Utilize legal and tax platforms (SRI, Super Cías, etc.) for declarations and reports.
Operate ERP systems for accounting and financial management.
Coordinate with external auditors and internal departments to ensure transparency and compliance.
Key Requirements:
CPA credentialed to sign legal documents.
Proficiency in IFRS and Ecuadorian tax regulations.
Experience with legal platforms: SRI, Super Cías, patent laws.
Knowledge in transfer pricing and double taxation agreements.
Experience in using accounting ERP systems.
Analytical skills, organizational abilities, and technical leadership.
