What will your role entail?
Identify and attract the best talent globally for our clients.
Employ a variety of in-depth sourcing techniques to discover passive candidates, including LinkedIn and innovative sourcing strategies.
Work closely with one client at a time to deeply understand their culture both socially and professionally.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, educating them on the importance of effective talent practices.
Focus on recruiting outstanding individuals across Go-To-Market teams.
We would love to connect with you if you possess:
4-8 years of experience in Go-To-Market and General & Administrative recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, 1+ years of in-house recruitment experience.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, especially with senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
