Popmenu is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our dedicated marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive B2B paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, aiming to effectively attract and engage our target demographics, enhance conversions, and meet our financial objectives. You will collaborate closely with fellow marketing professionals to manage ongoing Google and Meta advertising campaigns, explore new channels for lead generation, and execute email and direct mail marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will implement advanced SEO strategies and oversee continuous website optimization to boost conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the internal team to design and refine holistic paid search strategies that align with Popmenu's marketing goals and audience profiles, enhancing performance metrics and conversions.
  • Oversee and optimize campaigns, ensuring precise ad and conversion tracking through Google products (GA4, GTM) and Salesforce.com.
  • Develop and implement effective Google Advertising campaigns across Search, YouTube, Gmail, Discover, and Display platforms to achieve desired conversion targets.
  • Strategize and execute branding and traffic campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Popmenu marketing team to enhance our website by creating persuasive copy, engaging graphics, and multimedia content that resonates with our operators, driving both paid and organic engagement.
  • Coordinate with the content team to distribute monthly newsletters to clients and prospects while managing direct mail campaigns.
  • Monitor and efficiently manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize return on ad spend.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Implement robust A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creative, messaging, and targeting parameters for peak performance.
  • Provide consistent updates, performance reports, and strategic insights to the marketing team to ensure campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction across both paid and organic efforts.
