Role overview
This fixed-term Senior HR Business Partner position covers maternity leave within the People Innovation team. The contract will conclude when the current post-holder returns and will not transition to a permanent role.
The Senior HR Business Partner leads recruitment, working closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive hiring efforts. Data and metrics will support decision-making and help achieve outcomes. The role also covers a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities, ensuring HR programs run smoothly and communication stays clear across the business.
This position serves as the main escalation point for complex personnel or hiring matters, balancing risk, speed, and employee experience. Managing and developing a People Ops Intern is also included in the scope of work.
Work location and hybrid model
The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Arkadium uses a hybrid work model in Portugal, blending remote and in-office work. Onsite attendance is expected one to three times per week.
