Your ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & Technical GovernanceAct as the primary technical administrator for the HRIS, overseeing permissions, module configurations, and system maintenance. Manage the People Team's security matrix, establishing user roles and access levels to enhance workflows while safeguarding sensitive data. Lead the implementation phase of new technologies, including setting up integrations, configuring system modules, and testing automated workflows. Utilize your knowledge of logic and basic scripting to assist with advanced system configurations and API troubleshooting. Support system integrations, collaborating with APIs, SFTP, EIBs, and other relevant integration frameworks. Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for resolving complex system issues in collaboration with vendor support.

Your Role

As a Senior HRIS Specialist, you will be the technical backbone of our People Technology function. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the administration, configuration, and optimization of our core HR systems, ensuring their efficiency to support an outstanding employee experience.

In this role, you will act as the technical and functional authority for our People systems, managing governance, access design, and workflow optimization. This is an engaging, hands-on position perfect for those who thrive in enhancing workflows and ensuring seamless system integration across the organization.

Your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and strong customer service orientation will be essential in supporting system users.
