In this dynamic position, you will spearhead influencer campaigns across various platforms, collaborating with talents of all scales to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Working in tandem with the Influencer Marketing Manager and a dedicated team, you will help shape innovative partnership strategies that fuse creativity with analytical insights, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven beauty tech landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire influencer marketing lifecycle, from identifying and reaching out to influencers to content briefing, approval, and campaign performance evaluation.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators, aligning with their needs and business goals.
  • Negotiate lucrative commercial partnerships to facilitate cost-effective collaborations that enhance revenue across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to promptly address influencer and affiliate requirements.
  • Lead influencer initiatives alongside campaigns, product launches, and celebrity collaborations to maximize brand exposure.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze influencer campaigns, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities with both emerging and established influencers to broaden reach and impact.
  • Track and optimize influencer performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sign-ups, traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Work across multiple channels, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring campaigns are tailored for each platform.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency.

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the DACH market and German culture to drive targeted and effective campaigns.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related digital/brand marketing role, preferably within the beauty, tech, or consumer sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of social media channels and their integration with affiliate and digital marketing strategies.
  • Commercially astute, with experience in reviewing proposals and negotiating beneficial partnerships.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with influencers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to guide influencers in producing high-performing content.
  • Adept at utilizing data and analytics to evaluate campaign success.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow within a rapidly evolving business.
