The Senior Inside Sales Consultant at A Place for Mom works remotely, supporting families in Denver, CO and the Mountain Time zone. This position centers on guiding families through the final steps of selecting senior living options. The consultant manages a busy pipeline, reconnects with families who have previously engaged with the company, and helps turn their interest into move-ins.
Key responsibilities
- Guide families who have already interacted with A Place for Mom as they approach move-in decisions.
- Contact families by phone, text, and email to re-engage them and move their search forward.
- Support families from initial tours to final choices, arranging follow-up visits and providing referrals as needed.
- Follow a structured process to keep families engaged and prevent delays in the pipeline.
- Quickly build rapport, assess each family's needs, and recommend appropriate care options.
- Coordinate with senior living communities and care providers to arrange tours, gather feedback, and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking progress, next steps, and forecasts.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion targets.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training sessions.
