Join our dynamic team at Crewbloom as a Senior Lead Generation and Email Outreach Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and oversee our lead generation and referral development strategy. As a key player in our outreach efforts, you will manage sourcing, research, and outreach initiatives while ensuring effective qualification and scheduling of pre-assessment appointments. You will spearhead referral outreach campaigns aimed at boosting both inbound and outbound referral opportunities, and may conduct pre-assessment calls to support our Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion when required. Your commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, diligent follow-up, compliance, and safeguarding proprietary information is essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a robust lead generation strategy to consistently yield warm, qualified prospects for intake and conversion.
- Develop and manage outreach campaigns targeting private-pay prospects and referral partners to enhance lead flow and strengthen referral pipelines.
- Source, research, and maintain organized, clean, and segmented prospect and referral lists for optimized outreach and conversion.
- Conduct structured multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) adhering to approved messaging and compliance standards.
- Qualify prospects based on their service needs, urgency, location, and suitability.
- Nurture leads through systematic follow-up cycles until they are ready for pre-assessment scheduling.
- Directly schedule pre-assessment appointments with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion and confirm details with clients.
- Conduct pre-assessment calls as needed to support the Supervisor during high-volume or urgent periods.
- Keep CRM stages, notes, tags, tasks, and communication logs updated promptly after every interaction.
- Alert the Managing Member and Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion when leads warm up, pre-assessments are booked, or conversions occur.
- Generate weekly reports on lead generation and referral performance, including lead volume, warm leads, campaign effectiveness, and improvement recommendations.
- Drive outbound campaigns to generate the lead volume necessary to support our growth trajectory.
- Continuously refine outreach cadence, messaging, targeting, and list quality based on performance metrics and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion to ensure seamless transitions and optimal lead readiness for pre-assessment.
- Collaborate with the HR Recruitment Supervisor to align staffing needs with anticipated lead and referral volume.
- Maintain communication through WhatsApp channels and ensure all appointments are accurately updated on internal calendars.
- Identify and address declines in lead quality, referral engagement, or outreach performance with timely corrective strategies.
