We are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant II (Dedicated) to become a key member of our Learning Services Dedicated Consulting team. In this role, you will provide support to large institutions across various sectors, including K12, Higher Education, Business, and Government. As a Senior Learning Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to enhance and optimize the use of Instructure products by promoting adoption, driving organizational change, and achieving impactful learning outcomes. You will utilize your project management skills, change leadership capabilities, customized consulting approaches, resource development expertise, pedagogical knowledge, and hands-on coaching to drive positive transformations, enhance learner engagement, and tailor both content and customer experiences to align with specific institutional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding and prioritizing their needs to deliver exceptional value and a positive consulting experience.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive communication, training, and engagement strategies.

  • Provide change leadership by employing the Instructure Success Model to support clients’ visions and institutional goals.

  • Analyze data to align efforts with client objectives, track progress, identify challenges, and propose targeted strategies for success.

  • Mentor and inspire institutional leaders, faculty, designers, and staff, motivating educators to achieve measurable success with Instructure products.

  • Tailor deliverables to meet client use cases, goals, and action plans; design and conduct effective consulting sessions that connect product use to best instructional practices.

  • Follow up after consulting sessions to monitor progress and ensure ongoing success.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Instructure teams and customers to maximize product utilization across organizations.

  • Manage various tasks to support client rollouts while adhering to internal protocols, security/privacy standards, and institutional policies.

  • Travel as required to facilitate on-site rollouts and implementations.
