As a Senior Leasing Consultant (Senior Sales & Marketing Associate), your primary responsibilities will include:
- The schedule for this position is Thursday - Monday.
- Transforming leads into community tours through proactive follow-up with prospects, providing valuable insights about the community and surrounding area.
- Conducting personalized and informative tours of the apartment community that lead to new leases.
- Cultivating brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently outstanding resident experience.
- Creating excitement and awareness through social media engagement.
- Working weekends to accommodate prospective residents' schedules, three weekends per month with two weekdays off.
